The company does not provide salaries, purchase services, or cover operational costs.

 

An independent audit firm will conduct an annual audit of the organization, with the audit opinion available on the foundation's website.

 

The commission is tasked with selecting beneficiaries for the charity foundation.

 

The commission's annual session must be convened at least three days in advance by sending an email notice to committee members, allowing for acknowledgement of receipt. The notice must include the draft agenda for the session. Within two days of acknowledging the notice, committee members may propose amendments to the agenda.

 

All committee members have the same voting rights.
